Ty and I return to talk about the snooze fest that was the Honda Classic. We then take a deep dive into the field at the WGC Match Play. Ty doesn't like this match play so I had to convince him otherwise. Rory has a new swing coach and Brooks might be more hurt then he is letting on which is disturbing. All that and more so enjoy.

I played golf for the first time in 2021 and it was awesome. Some could argue Justin Thomas played golf for the first time in 2021 and that too was awesome. So much to break down with The Players with the help of our friend Ty. What going on with Rory? Will Lee Westwood make the Ryder Cup team (Yes) and Will Rickie Fowler find his way to relevancy? All that plus picks for the Honda Classic. Enjoy

One year ago this tournament marked the beginning of a pandemic now here we are again back at TPC Sawgrass for The Players. Much has changed in the year since we last saw this tournament including Bryson Dechambeau's muscle mass and driving prowess. We talk extensively about that as well as the Brooks Koepka WD and the possible domino effect that could have on the season in terms of the Ryder Cup and as always we make our picks to win. Ty and I are ready to golf. Enjoy

Lauren and Ryan join me to take on the 1985 John Hughes classic "The Breakfast Club". It's been 36 years since it's original release and remains a must see for everyone enduring their high school years. We look at all of the usual things like favorite/least favorite scenes and we ask the question: Is John Bender redeeming in any way? It's a great discussion and perhaps our deepest dive into a film so far. Enjoy.

What a day in the world of golf. First, Ty and I spend the first 20 minutes talking about Tiger and the events around his accident and the extent of his injuries. We then tried to transition to the golf from the weekend and look ahead to the WGC. All with thoughts of the Big Cat on our mind.

Daniel Berger has arrived on the scene of best golfers in the world. Ty and I discuss his impressive performance at Pebble Beach. We then look at the current Ryder Cup standing to see where he fits in. We also wonder if a healthy Tiger is a lock to be on that time and if an on form Patrick Reed is not a lock. We then get into the new equipment do out this week and we ponder what we would play if we were a golf free agent. Finally, we dive into this week's event at the Riv. It's a loaded field with plenty to look forward to. Enjoy.

Lauren, Ryan and I delve into the 1987 Coen Brothers classic "Raising Arizona" starring Nick Cage and Holly Hunter. Lauren and Ryan had never seen it before so they were flying blind going in which led to great discussion and celebration of the greatness that is Holly Hunter. We run through all the usual categories including the return of number of ice cream sandwiches consumed by Ryan during the podcast. It's good radio.
The Podcast
This podcast is a labor of love where I like to sit down and talk with people I know and get their thoughts and ideas on a wide array of topics. It's mostly sports because sports are still fun for me but I'll venture around as the mood strikes me. As I get older, this pod has become a way for me to stay in touch with friends and connect with people at a time where we couldn't be more disconnected.
